Our Warrington team are looking for a Head Nurse who will support our Nursing team and be part of the clinic’s leadership team.
You don’t need to have been a Head Nurse before, but you must have the passion and drive to be a fantastic leader, and be excited to contribute your ideas and experience with your team and the rest of the leadership team to help shape the future of our young and growing company.

You will be supported to develop your skills and will have the opportunity to progress as we are a young, growing, thriving company with lots of new opportunities emerging.
You will be key in the running of the clinic, making sure the nursing team are working efficiently and the clinic running smoothly. You will be part of the leadership team working alongside the business manager and Clinical Director in making key decisions. You will also be part of our Head Nurse leadership team across all of our clinics, working together to learn from each other and develop new initiatives.
You must enjoy supporting student nurses and being a go-to figure for the nursing team.

- Salary up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our great facilities and supportive team alongside a structured development programme will support you to be the best Head Nurse you can be.
Your standard working hours will be 40 hours per week. You will be required to work shifts within our opening hours. You will also be part of our weekend rota too, working 1 in every 4 weekends. You will get time off during the week to make up for the weekend hours worked. Please note, opening hours may change as the customer base grows.
