Fiona is our lovely Veterinary Care Assistant. In her spare time, she practices martial arts and enjoys spending time with friends. As a child, she had a much-loved rescue bearded dragon called Mr Stumpy.

Mia is one of our 2nd year nursing students! She’s worked in other animal care positions and equine establishments in the past. She loves horses, painting and baking. She lives with cats Huggles and Bonnie and also has a horse called Forest who follows her around the fields.

Carla qualified in 2017 from the University of Lisbon, Portugal. Before joining The Vet Southampton, she worked in Surrey, where she gained experience in a first opinion small animal practice. Carla enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine with the challenges each day has to offer, she gets great satisfaction in seeing a pet’s health improve after treatment.
Carla shares her home with two lovely cats: Nino, her ginger cat brought from Portugal and Pintas, a shy black and white cat adopted from London.
Outside of work she enjoys playing guitar, spending time with her cats and reading.

Dimitrios graduated in 2017 from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and moved to the UK 2 years later. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming and playing the drums. While he doesn’t have any pets himself, he says getting to meet our customer’s pets every day is bliss!

Richard has almost 20 years of experience in mixed & small animal practice. His professional interests include soft tissue & orthopaedic surgery and physiotherapy. Joining the family at home are 2 Siamese cats, tropical fish and a giant African land snail called Munchy George!
