Tara Willis RVN
Tara previously owned a hamster called Rosie, a blue whippet called Smokey who made it to 15 yrs old, and a Mare called Tiff who made it to 21. She is now excited to be adopting a Black cat called Milo. Milo is 2 years old and came into work with a fractured pelvis. He has now been repaired but he is so happy and bouncy he had to be on cage rest longer than usual! He is super friendly and would take head rubs all day. Tara has been nursing since 2007 and her passion is for ward nursing, and exotics. Tara has always had an interest in exotics and loves ward nursing because she can cuddle and love them whilst giving them the care they need. Tara loves spending time with them, seeing the improvements in them and then seeing them leave happier and healthier than when they came in. Tara has been in a referral practice as a ward nurse for a long time but is excited to be back in first opinion interacting with clients and pets alike and seeing puppies and kittens again. In her free time Tara likes to horse ride and especially enjoys jumping.
